I don’t often have a good grasp on perspective. For one reason or another, I stress over the ‘small stuff’. I’m a worrier, I over-think and I let things get to me – although that’s not what I want moving forward.
Some things in life just put things into perspective. There have been a number of things this week / month which have made me think twice…Ultimately, as stressful as things might be, I’m happy. I have wonderful people around me who I love dearly, a family I love very much who continue to support me and a nice house and a job which pays me enough to live in it.
Not sweating the little things has never come easy to me. But life is way too short, and I’d rather spend time concentrating on the great important things in my life.
